The only transfers of these data will be those related to legal advice, finance or banking entities for the management of suppliers. The data provided will be kept as long as the contractual relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations. Data regarding candidates
In the event that you have provided your data to PHARMEX as a potential candidate to be part of it, we inform you that PHARMEX will use the data exclusively to manage your application for any of the vacancies that may exist in PHARMEX or in its parent company. The provided data will be kept for a maximum period of two years. The legitimating basis is your consent in the sending of your identification and/or curricular data.

Claims
In case you have filled a claim for any reason to PHARMEX, your data will be used to resolve the claim, and will not be transferred to third parties, unless such communication was necessary and only in the case that the claim requires such communication and exclusively for that purpose. The data provided will be kept for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations, as long as the object of your claim has not prescribed.

Surveillance against adverse reactions
If you have presented or want to submit a claim in the event of an adverse reaction to a PHARMEX product, you must do so by sending an email to farmacovigilancia@pharmex.es or through the contact form on the website. In accordance with health and data protection regulations, the personal data you provide will be treated confidentially and, as far as possible, will be anonymized or decoupled by PHARMEX, however, there is a possibility that your data relating to the adverse reactions indicated are communicated to the health authorities to follow up on them. The data provided will be kept for the necessary years to comply with legal obligations, as long as the object of your claim has not been prescribed. We inform you that PHARMEX will keep confidentiality regarding your personal data and will only use your identifying data to contact you if necessary. In the event that PHARMEX has to treat your health-related data, it will be necessary for you to expressly consent to the processing of your specially protected data for the purposes indicated.

Communication of data to third parties
No data will be transferred to third parties except legal obligation. However, it is possible that, for the proper provision of services, PHARMEX must communicate certain personal data to third parties who provide services, exclusively for the proper functioning of the company. In any case, the owner of the data can go to the corresponding control authority to present the claims that he considers appropriate, in case of being located in Spain at the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.

Data accuracy and update
PHARMEX presumes that the personal data provided through the different channels and media are truthful, that they are provided directly by the owner, that this is who he/she claims to be, that the data is updated, that the affected/interested party will communicate any modification of their data from the moment it occurs.

Duty of secrecy
The persons involved in the processing of data concerning natural persons and access directly or indirectly, to the files, will at all times preserve the secrecy regarding the personal data they know in the course of the activity. The Duty of Secrecy is an obligation for PHARMEX, the members of the management, the persons hired under Labour Law, the professionals who provide services contracted under the Commercial Law regime. It also implies an obligation for the suppliers of goods and services and their employees, the Treatment Managers and their employees, whom the Treatment Manager subcontracts and its employees. The obligation of secrecy survives after the termination of the employment or commercial relationship established with PHARMEX, responsible for the treatment, as well as after the expiration of labor, commercial contracts, etc., that link the employees and/or professionals with the Person in Charge of the Treatment and suppliers that supply goods or provide PHARMEX services.

Recommendation of sites / web pages
When PHARMEX recommends or links a website/site, considers that they are of interest to the user. PHARMEX does not have an obligation of supervision regarding the web sites/pages that it links or recommends. They have been created by legal entities, individuals or entities without personality outside of PHARMEX. It is not involved in the management, funding, content, nor does it manage or participate in the services that the linked sites or web pages provide or recommend. PHARMEX will cancel any link by refraining from recommending the site/web page when it has reliable proof that this and/or the services it provides are illegal or injure property or rights of third parties liable for compensation.
